Penfolds Bin 28 as we know it with that classic mix of rich Shiraz fruit and creamy American oak in perfect harmony. Clearly 2018 has been a fine vintage and with quality vineyard management the fruit has been picked at optimum ripeness levels (pure ripe flavours with no signs of over ripeness). It used to be a Barossa-specific Shiraz, however these days the multi-regional blend components have only added to the wines persona with greater fruit complexity showing through.
